Sometimes when I want to generate a list of URLs for a multi-page webpage, I use a spreadsheet and have the base URL say in cell B1 and then column A is a concatenate formula with B1 plus the row number of the current row, copied down for as many rows as I need. Then I can copy and paste column A into a text file and that can be passed to something like Wget, or opened in a web browser and then using a download manager like Down Them All to "save all links".
To be honest, saving all the subpages of a particular page was much easier on Teletext.
