Hi I'm a bit of newbie here and need some help.
I have a bbc b with the retroclinc disk adapter 177x . I had in the sockets the following rom (from Left to far right) [o/s 1.2] [empty] [Dfs 2.26] [mmfs 1.55 turbo] [basic2]. This worked OK (apart from get the card ? 0
Anyhow I decided to add the Co-processer with the raspberry pi and decided to remove the motherboard so I could slip a ribbon cable from the tube u der the motherboard and to internal Co-processer. On refixing everything I turned on the machine and got the beep book and the display was showing bbc model b and basic on doing *help. It only came up with o/s 1.2.. I decided to remove the roms apart from the o/s . After this the speaker stopped working and I only get the bbc model b 32k and language?.
I think the problem is I somehow may have damage the sockets how can I tell if the sockets are working how do I test the sockets with a multimeter and is there anything else I should look at
Thanks
