If the file has gone in the right place, Notepad++ will pick it up and use the .arm extension to colour files automatically. If it hasn't, you can select Language -> User Defined Language -> Define your language... -> Import... to get the file.

If you have a file that doesn't have the extension/filetype, then you can go to Language -> BBC Basic V to force Notepad++ to view it as BBC Basic
