Note: this is not a ‘remaster’!

It’s basically just the right text on the right pages.

More specifically:

• paragraphs that were split at line ends by the OCR rejoined
• just enough tabs for me to proofread it, but not to line up correctly
• corrections (technical and grammatical, some for consistency)
• tested, working program listings
• some wacky fonts (MODE 0 - not a success)

And somewhere there’s a sentence I couldn’t make head or tail of, which I need to rediscover and ask you all for help with.
