32-bit acorn hardware • Viable modern SRAM L2 chips for PC Card?

Hi guys.

I'm hoping if someone more experienced could tell me if the ISSI IS61C1024AL-12JLI chips could be a viable modern 512K L2 cache upgrade alternative?

I've seen ISSI IS61C1024L-20J chips on a PC Card viewtopic.php?p=271680#p271680, but not these as they are much more recent and faster, my rough scouring through the specs seem to suggest it could be okay, any thoughts?
