It was in IC69, the one in IC3 looks okay.
I found this link to a page with a minimal boot configuration idea, so you remove all the chips that aren't 100% necessary to the machine switching on.

In people's opinion, does the absence of any boot tone mean that the problem is likely to be more serious and need a different approach?
I'm struggling to know what to do. I can't find much advice about what to do when there is no boot sound.
