I started to document UEF2ROM in case Dave or anyone else needs to use it. The manual is very much a work in progress at this point.
I discovered this utility the other day via the repo, I hadn't even noticed the Python 3 branch. I'm very grateful for the new documentation, it has really helped me get started. Thank you.
