Wow. I usually solder with lead between 240 and 260 centigrade. I'm sure the spec says the melting point is something ridiculous like 183 degrees. You definitely can't solder at that temperature.
I've been setting the desolder station to about the same, so next time I will try about 100 degrees higher.
