The EPROM verifies fine in my EPROM reader. It is a 27C256 so the ADFS ROM is doubled up in it. Perhaps that is the issue?
*SRLOADing the ADFS ROM seems to work. The first time I did it it came up with a "Bad Sum" error but the next two times (once with the same ROM image and once with the other copy I have) it seemed to work fine. Crucially Econet still works and since ADFS stays in the sideways RAM even powered off thanks to the Integra board I may as well leave it there.
I assume though that it is normal that *ADFS and A-Break both sit at a flashing curser even though the system is set to NOBOOT. I don't have IDE or a floppy drive plugged into this system at the moment so I presume it is searching for one, even though it is not supposed to boot from it?
I'll get the lid back on this machine yet!
The Pi Bridge file server is a most splendid thing. Very nice that I can download ROM files on my Pi400 and have them magically available to the Beeb (via an A5000 and ShareFS).
