I don't think you have to edit the code to add a new machine type, you just have to add a spite with the right name which included the hex of the machine type.
An improvement I was thinking of was to get it to scan a dir of sprites and load them all for its machine types, but really its not hard to add one to the exiting file either.
Recent changes to show up nets that have no machines on them did need a code change.
I am thinking we should make it a github repository though. I guess the basic bit has to be in text for that to work.
