Maybe it's something for the mischief menu to allow such invalid chunks?Many such cases. The UEF was made using the relatively modern MakeUEF 2.3, so I would imagine there are likely to be other examples of bad &114s floating around out there.
Personally I would prefer not to tolerate bad UEFs at all, but I am prepared to be pragmatic.
