If it ran most of time at 32 and 33 and only fell over on preonged use then a wee chip mounted heat sync may solve the issue.
Already fitted, and it was in an unheated room with a desk-fan blowing over the computer (A3000) and the keyboard removed for cooling. :D

I don’t think the heat sink really helps though since these are plastic packaged ICs so not very heat-conductive.
The old trick with PCs was to put a Peltier effect heat pump between the chip and the heatsink. You might want to limit the power though, at 20C they can easily take the chip temperature below zero, then you get condensation.

The general rule is the colder you can get the chip, the higher it'll overclock... even taking it down to 5C or 10C is probably enough.
