Pet Hate : I do wish people would stop calling it a PSU - its nothing more than an chassis mounting extension cable which accepts a USB-C type input and has spades on the output. There are after all basically no electronics other than the -5v bit.
You may as well call the USB-C cable a power supply otherwise
The PSU is the unit that you're plugging in the wall - and is most probably technically a charger, not a power supply, although it may offer sufficient power in that capacity.
