You say that although signals are coming into the op amp there is nothing coming out on Pin 1.
If you disconnect C30 between the 1 of the op amp , do you get an output from pin 1.
Failing that I would start looking at the other components and connectivity thereof on the input side, caps, resistors transistors etc. Pain in the proverbial butt, but probably good to go to basics and follow the chain from pin 1 backwards isolating each stage at a time until you find the culprit stage and then investigate within that. One of the supporting active components may have decided to die.
Bit like an OAP going out for a fast sprint after 50 years and something gives. Either that or something has moved, could be a small bit of conductive material on the board causing mayhem.
