I don't have one myself but i have a very friendly and enthusiastic neighbour!Generally speaking the likelihood of the issue, in order, is ULA seating/socket, RAM, processor, Something odd with the ROM, ULA itself... I.e. the ULA being duff is the least likely issue - not that it doesn't happen.
