No my 8051 is fine.
I bought an intel 8051ah from fb.(not philips or acorn stamped just vanilla)
I had read this thread and thought ahah so the keyboard controller is a soft device and can be programmed. I’ll have a go myself and see what happens. I’m just kicking my heels waiting for the weather to improve so i thought i’ll do this now.
The weather is still too cold for shed work ( ship lap no insulation)
Project 1 is
I am using your book for a bobs bits rebuild of a very badly eaten a3000.
Project 2 is
Repair an a4000. Not a lot wrong with this.
Project 3 is
find out how to repair a 1.44mb bad floppy
But they are all shed based
The windows machine is in the house so voila. I thought this was the right place for this question but will happily move it.
