8-bit acorn hardware • Noob looking for Electron ULAs

Greetings to you all, I found the following thread

which mentions a chap called (I think) Dave Hitchins who might be a source of ULAs.

I have a lovely Electron here which goes to white screen but nothing more. PSU is putting out about 20.4V and the 5v lines are steady at around 5.1v.

I tried unseating, cleaning and reseating the ULA but no difference. I saw this at Tynemouth:

about the 6502 possibly causing the issue, but I guess it makes sense to exhaust the ULA before engaging the hot iron ....
