Update:
I've managed to get my Atom RGBtoHDMI working on it, with a good solid picture, exactly the same as I see on a real Atom using Atom RGBtoHDMI.
Tweaking OSSC has managed to get it to lock onto the sync reliably.
Normal RGBtoHDMI via the RGB socket has a very noisy picture. Green text on black background, with magenta border
Scart via the RBG socket has a very noisy picture (lot of background lines). Bright green text on green background, with red/magenta border
