You're right ...... I forgot that SDDOS doesn't use #0Axx like DOS does.

Well, the problem I had with overwriting #0Axx during loading was that DOS didn't work right.
I also sometimes have to patch the DOS versions because the games are actually too big so they need some tweaking.
I think you should only add the AtoMMC AGD versions to the Archive.
DOS versions are ment to be copied to disk to run on an original Atom, same as the tape versions.
