The (simple) schematic's in the TRM. Check the oscillator output first, then the ACT74 - the ACT74 output should be input/2. Check for missing parts (the resistors). Failing that, you'd have to deduce it's dead.I appear to have a dead ARM610 card. It appears physically fine (no damage or corrosion), but it doesn't POST in a RISC PC Issue 1 motherboard. Another 610 card works fine in the same motherboard. Anyone know of common faults with these boards? I'll probably just replace it, but if there's a troubleshooting guide, I might as well have a go.
