Hello all. This is one week's notice that I'll be posting the booking thread for this event next Friday 30th January (which will be six weeks before the big weekend) at some point in the morning. I expect demand to be high for this one, so everyone please be patient whilst I work through the logistics of tables & spaces. In the past we've been able to find some some way of accomodating everyone that wants to attend, so don't worry. I would ask that if you have a standard 6 foot table that you can bring, please do highlight this as we discovered (on the day) that the venue lost a few of their tables last year, which almost left us short.![#-o]( "d'oh!")
TL;DR if you have a standard 6 foot table to bring, you're guaranteed a spot! The smaller 4 foot tables are less convenient, as they don't tesselate well with the larger ones the venue has and we can't fit two people on them, but will be a fallback for any leftover spots in the room.
