Thanks again for taking the time to look at this. I'm pretty sure I've tried the 6502 and the OS rom in another board and they worked properly.

I have tried a minimum config and that didn't make any difference to the behaviour.

IC20, 21, 22 and 25 have all been pulled and tested by my T48 all test OK, so socketed and re-inserted.

I connected pin 7 of the 6502 directly to PD1 on the analyser, assuming that's all that's needed the resulting trace is attached.

I would investigate what happens to the OS ROM nCS and nOE signals after reset is released.

How would I go about checking this please?
