If you're looking for a cheap-ish modern scope - I'd probably suggest a Rigol. The UI is a bit slow but once you get past that, they're fine.
If you want an analog scope, I have a Tektronix 422 I could be persuaded to part with for the right price. Or a 466 analog storage scope for a very right price indeed.
