I repaired my A3000 in 2020 -it had slightly less damage than yours, battery electrolyte had not yet reached the keyboard connector. I replaced the ROM sockets and battery. I purchased a new CMOS clock chip, but it was OK without replacement.
Recently, the keyboard stopped functioning after a few hours powered on. It took me a while to find the problem, but it was IC10, the 74HC74 used to divide the main clock and supply the keyboard/mouse IO clock. To save yourself the bother, I suggest you replace it along with IC4 and IC5.
