32-bit acorn software: other • Reading a hard disk image with 256-byte sectors

I've imaged what I believe is an ADFS-formatted ST506 drive, but it has 256-byte sectors (32 of them, 4 heads, 615 tracks, 20MB).

My usual method of mounting the drive in Arculator has failed me, I guess because it expects the drive the have 512-byte sectors.
The ADFS filesystem on Linux seems to make the same assumption.
ADFSLib sort-of worked (when I hacked it to force the drive geometry), identified it as a D-format disk, but seemed to extract the files incorrectly (I can't say I'm surprised).

Does anyone know of a way I can browse or extract this disc image, without having to set up an MFM emulator and hunt down a ST506 controller Podule?
