After many years of searching, I finally managed to find one of these, courtesy of Prime and DanielJ. It was in a bit of a sorry state - the case had been cut into, presumably to add another drive, and the front panel had a few extra holes drilled into it:
After a thorough clean, I patched and filled the holes with car body filler, and gave it a good sand down:
Then a spray-up with Rustoleum - satin for the case and matt for the front panel:
I’m rather pleased with the result. You’d never know it had been hacked about with. At least not until you open it up and see the ugly patching within!
Last step is to fit a modern switch-mode power supply and replace the front power socket.
