I had it at something like 24 moulds needed to be created in my working out posted earlier in this thread, but might be (probably am) wrong. I had also assumed that the ESC mould could be used in place of creating a new Escape key mould.
It would probably be an even smaller market than this new DSS key cap set with a original BBC skew addon, but it might be worth asking for a firm quote on modifying the existing original key cap moulds to cherry stem compatibility. But this would likely mean that it would not be possible to create totally original key cap sets in future so having open source keyboard PCB layout files to allow for creating a drop in replacement keyboard using new switches might be a good thing to have in place before making the request.

P.S. I have been following your BBC C20K project and Hoglet's Acorn FGPA Dock projects with great interest. I plan to start building the dock (at first) in the near future. I have a HIDman so that I can hook up this new 75% keyboard to a PS/2 socket when the time comes.
