I have narrowed it down to the keyboard as I now have a spare working one and have my first ever Beeb, was worth the wait.Welcome, does sound like a single trace as iirc, there are 10 "columns" of keys. I forget which chip drives them, but iirc it is on the main board, so I would try a little wiggling of the keyboard cable to clean up the pins. Possibly some servisol10 as I think it is ok with the nearby plastics.
I'm sure I shall get to the bottom of the keyboard board, will search for a service manual and study the schematic for a solution hopefully.
