The first disk image in the link you gave seems to be corrupted, I've tried using it and I get errors (Retroclinic Datacentre) so I also tried viewing the contents by using the "Acorn Ssd Dsd Image Viewer/Editer" program, and that says it's corrupted.

Is there another source of these image files I can try.

Those disk images are good. They do not contain an Acorn DFS filesystem so whatever "Acorn Ssd Dsd Image Viewer/Editer" you're using will not recognise them.

I've done some googling and found another source but it's a .imd file
I need to convert it to a .ssd file and floptool.exe would work but I can't find a download site

This will not help you. All Torch disks are double sided 80T, and so converting to a single sided SSD will not work.

Would anyone happen to have the user manual (or a download link) for the "Torch Executive's Aid" program, I sourced one on the internet but it's not the correct document for the yellow/blue menu screen that is on the "standard_utilities_v2.dsd" within the autoboot.sub program
