I managed (with some effort!) to get the Salae programme running on my box so I could get at the data in your file then I exported it to view it in Pulseview with which I'm more familiar and for which I wrote an Econet decoder.
You can see that the final transaction is complete with your Arc acknowledging it. I can fix that glitch you highlighted on OE but it doesn't appear to be affecting the transaction so I'm wondering if NBreak dropped the ball somewhere with UDP send? I'm guessing there's no retry attempt from the file server notable in the log by an AUN line with the same transaction number?
