32-bit acorn hardware • HCCS Ultimate IDE not working

I have finished the renovation and now I would like to connect a CF card or HDD to my computer.

I have an HCCS Ultimate expansion for the A3010. When I connect the CF card and external power supply 5V, a small LED on the CF card adapter lights up, but goes out after 15 seconds. The adapter works fine on Windows, and the LED stays lit as long as the adapter is connected to the Windows computer. The 5.1 V power supply is on the adapter.
I will configure the IDE according to the instructions.

After restarting, the IDEFS4 icon appears on the display. Neither the HForm program nor the IDEMgr program can find the disk. I tried this several times with different variations and nothing worked. I also tried connecting a 40 GB Seagate ST94011A HDD and the result was still the same. Acorn cannot see the disk. CF and HDD works fine in Windows.
