I have just published a v2 which has got beefier support on the leg, hopefully that will help the problem.

This is the two models in PrusaSlicer, V1 on the left and V2 on the right, which I think more clearly shows the improvement.
I've had one break along the red line and just left the triangle, so I need to print a few more. I'll let you know how these fare.

I was thinking about improvements to the design, and had considered flipping the model over and adding a bit of extra thickness on the top side of the bar, and maybe a small ridge to help locate it inside the hole in the RISC PC case. The spring seems to exert a lot of force trying to pull the bar "up" (though down on the model) and there's a notch to retain the spring which would weaken it. Countering that on the opposing side seemed to make more sense to me.

Sorry if my critique seemed harsh but I do think it's a lovely design and very convenient for quick repairs. I love how the spring is enclosed to help prevent it from falling out while it's installed into the machine.
