Fairly new to MAME, I have it running on Debian 13. I have configured a BBCB with the Torch Z80 co-processor but I don't seem to able to write back to the floppy images in flop1 and flop2. I also notice that if I have a floppy image in both drives it seems to have problems accessing files on flop1. I'm starting it from a command line. I archived some floppies containing Easy Junior, a business software package for the Torch system so I would like to be able to verify the installation program runs and writes the registration data back to the disk (image).
Should I be converting the SSD and DSD images to a MAME native format or should they just work?
Thanks.
