Hi,
I have a retroid pocket 5 and whilst I love playing the various retro and not so retro consoles using the device, I really want to be able to play my first computer we had as a family when I was a kid, the acorn electron and later BBC master and Master Compact.
I've got the B2 core to install and work in retroarch but the problem I'm having is many games need keyboard input to get through the menus etc. Strykers Run for example you have to select 1 or 2 in the first screen for standard or enhanced mode. Obviously I'd like to use the retroid pocket's controller buttons where possible but is there any way of installing a touch screen keyboard that can pop up when using the core? I will admit to being no great expert but I'm pretty good at following instructions. Funny as I used to make programmes in Basic as a kid , copying from magazines and some basic of my own but I kinda got left behind until much later in life, I think I still had the master/master compact into the late 90s, wish my mother hadn't insisted on throwing all that out now. I'd love to able to play the likes of Overdrive, Strykers Run, Citadel, Winter Olympiad '88, the various Repton games, to name just a few, will take me back to a simpler time, when me and my cousin used to try and get Speech to say swear words, which it generally wouldn't and gave a "parity error" message when we tried! Anyway if anyone can help me I would be most grateful. Thanks, Owen
