Not at all. You follow the code that's doing "protection things" and remove/bypass it. As philpem said, often the challenge of doing this can be as much fun as the game itself. Zelanites was a particular challenge. Repton4 was the most trivial and achieved by "*SetType !RunImage Absolute"How do you go about cracking a game? Do you just try and emulate expected calls and things it's looking for?
