Hi,
I've been working on a 4816 test for the pico dram tester project. Used what little I've learned about dram timings to create an excel delay helper to try and get 'just in spec timings'.
I don't have access to many loose and legit 4816 and compatible chips, so I'm looking for volunteers who own a pico dram tester and fancy testing my build of the firmware. I also tweaked the 4164 timings for 100 to 150ns as these looked to be too low and were failing legit and known good examples. And my 4164s also pass my 4816 test.
Check out the geords 71 fork with a prebuilt pico uf2 on github if this is of interest.
If you have lots of chips, soldering skills, but no tester, I might be prepared to post you an unpopulated pcb for the aforementioned![Smile :)]()
