8-bit acorn hardware • BBC Micro short curcuit

Got another BBC in but it won't startup due to a short curcuit between +5v and 0v.

I've unsoldered c60 / c57 / c36 / c54 / c47 / c26 / c14 / c5 / c16 together will all the "A" decoupling capacitors

All socketed chips have been removed too

Any idea where else I can go as the problem is still there
