Thank you, I'll make a start on it this morning, I'll probably make a new topic and post my results there.Well here's the template I came up with years back. The acrylic you've got there looks extremely thick compared to what's required here, so the bending may go well. The amount allocated to the bend radius may need to be tweaked.
