Will have a look over the next few days as I'll be away from my desk with just a laptop and making something from a command-line tool is a good solution as I can incorporate it into a Makefile for the tiny project I'm working on so it means I can go from asm source, assemble (project uses ca65 from the cc65 suite), make an image, load image into emulator, test, rinse, lather, repeat..Alternatively, if you want a GUI based tool (that also has command line interface), you could also try Disc Image Manager. It runs under Windows, Mac and Linux:
