Yes -- it's no problem to make a version of this that will actually load. Just transcribe the audio with Quadbike and then use something to play the TIBET/UEF/CSW back as clean synthesised audio (I used B-Em-TOH). I wanted to test it because (a) it is known to cause problems if the VLSI tone-reversing extension is enabled and (b) it uses an unusual framing (8N2), although this is a matter for the ACIA rather than the ULA.
Like I said earlier, yes, I tried recording your FLAC file onto a tape and it didn't work beyond block 0 and playing your FLAC file directly from the PC to the BBC I got to around block 11.

I did load the file on a real BBC using your FLAC file after I put it through some audio trickery (not a program, but knobs, dials and meters)
I think @Diminished comment was more targeted at my post, where I re-saved the file once I eventually managed to get it to load.
