I am not sure if these would work with an Electron ULA https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/394704904306 they are a 3M part, but they have a latching heatsink, I used one to repair a 286 with battery damage many a moon ago. The heatsink might be too large to fit in the confines of an Electron?
