Yay! There, I'm not the only one using MMFS on the Printer PortRight, the PCBs arrived a couple of weeks ago, but other priorities got in the way of testing them.
I had a bit of spare time this evening, so I pulled apart one of my beebs, added the patch wires, including the 330R resistor:
I also noticed the mess that was a previous install of the Econet hardware (I hope it wasn't me that did that, and I'm surprised it's ever worked!), so cleaned that all up at the same time. No photos of that, I'm afraid.
Put it all back together, powered it up (still working, even after my Econet clean up!), installed the SWMMFS ROM for the Printer port, and...
All working nicely on my Model B (with IntegraB). But definitely slower than the User port version!

Yes, it is noticeably slower than the User Port version but still an order of magmitude faster than a Gotek or a Floppy Drive.
