I went for case-sensitive because files extracted to the target OS (Mac, in my case) are case-sensitive i.e. as the target would tread DAVID differently from David and I am pulling one or the other off - otherwise I end up in a situation of unnecessarily creating DAVID and DAVID-0 files
I could add it as an optional flag but am weary of doing so as I think I am edging on adding unnecessary complexity to the design.
