It only required 3 flying leads. IIRC, I made a further modification to it, so I could write protect individual 16k banks. That probably required a couple of extra signals from the motherboard.
I did always plan a proper PCB version of this. One day, perhaps.
:I must confesss I am not keen on cutting tracks per the original design - that said - that is an "original" mod...
