Welcome
A friend of mine had a Dragon back in the day, I can vaguely remember playing on it a bit. If you're after something Acorn and 8bit then a Beeb or an Electron will fit the bill (sorry Atom owners
) and meet your requirements. I'm an Electron owner (as it was my first computer), the Beeb is more powerful and more expandable by default but you can also get quite a lot of new hardware for the Elk.
Stardot is a wonderful place, everyone is very friendly and helpful - it's a great corner of the internet.
