Cheers for your reply. I will attempt to post photos shortly. However, the inside is a bit of a mess, as i had a few pins break on the sideways rom board so had to solder to the motherboard connecting wires. I tried returning the IC51 which is PB04 and the one to the right of it PB05 to the main motherboard, and reintroduced the link on S21 west to east. then tried powering up, i jsut get a continuous tone.
I didnt return the ADC chip to the socket tho.would this make a difference?
To be honest, i'd be happy to get rid of the rom board and just return to the normal BBC. ITs a issue 7 board by the way.
