So, big question is, is Ctrl+Escape suitable for the [Ignore] button?
Isn’t that a shortcut in Windows?

Yeah. It opens the Start menu. And alt-Escape shuffles through open windows (according to the internet)

Shift-escape may be a possibility though.
Also, if I add a fourth, what should the shortcut be, in your opinion?
Alt-[letter]?

For a hypothetical example based on mine you might have:
Cancel: [Escape]
Open new image: shift-[Escape] (which may lead to a ‘discard existing change’ dialogue)
Convert: [Return]
Import select files: alt-I

The letter changing according to need. Alt-C for Convert, alt-I for Import? As long as the button label is cleaR (alt-R)

Maybe?

Edit: The default should always be the same whatever disc images you have, so maybe import should be the default? Convert is a special case for 2 SSDs, so should have the optional key.
