I don't think so, given the constraint that all the sockets that support 32KB chips also lock by default.
If you want more RAM, the obvious solution to that is to stick another 32KB RAM chip in the 5/6 or 13/15 sockets and unlock/lock as required (since only typically only MMFS requires that's always unlocked).
If you don't want to use another RAM chip, I guess you might also be able to modify the Plus 1 Support ROM to unlock another socket each startup.
