The test card image in the first post was one that I wrote myself. It's easy enough to program your own if you know the basics of using the BBC's graphics commands.
There are also disk images out there that include test suites for testing your monitor. There is a test card program available at https://clp.bbcrewind.co.uk/beeb if you look for GBS - just press the Escape key and you can LIST the program to copy it.
