Here's my attempt at Viewfax.
I think the pages work comparing it with the DFS version. (I noticed the numbers on the main index are wrong.)

thanks so much for giving me your time on this.
I tried the file but couldn't open it on my Gotek drive
with my Model B (ADF files give an error). So I extracted individually
the files onto a new ADL image using Disc Image Manager.
On the DFS version the numbers from the Index take you to the right pages.
At least on what I have checked.
The universal (key 0) to return to the Main Menu (page 4a) from anywhere works fine.
On yours I cant get the main index routes to take me to the destinations, typing page numbers in
also takes you to different pages from what was selected.
Some pages from the menu take you to a whiteout of white character squares
Is this caused by me just altering the format ? any recommendations?
